In 1987 my father joined nwr railway as aprentis mechanic.during his tenure he was sent to bombay for training purpose.during his training he got accident and expired when he was coming from workshop.His total tenure in railway was 1year and 17 days.After some time we contacted to railway but they forbidded to give any compensation.At that time there was nobody in my family to fight and get compensation.now in 2008 we asked some document from railway department under rti but did not get any reply from them.
sir now let me know plz that is there any way to get the compensation?
