Compensation on health ground

I am working in Central Railway posted at Mumbai. I have completed 7 years of service and 8th year running. After 7 years of service I have developed asthma, gastritis and other disease. The workshop I work has high decibel levels, I have to deal with poisonous and hazardous chemicals, and UV light light continously. Now I want to sue Indian Railways to the tune of 50 lakhs for permanent loss of health. On which court can I file the case?

Occupational Disease if you can prove that.

Don't initiate any tussle until you have been properly advised by your lawyer and remain amiable, cordial, gentle and don't initiate any tussle.

But sir, you have not answered my question. On which court can I file the case? Is it CAT, labor court or consumer court? Mind I am a supervisor. By the way thanks for the caution.
