My complainant wife's lawyer is refusing to reply to my application u/s 245 CrPC filed in pursuance to 498a. Do i have any right under any court procedure, etc to ask the reply in writing so as she can't deny from her words in future?

if no reply is filed to your application/petition take advantage of it. It amounts to admission.
