My name is Harjeet Singh & i am belong to Ludhiana. I have joined Bajaj Finance at the date of 6 Jan on third party payroll Addeco Company in APR( sale of only Apple iphone) as a Sales Executive. he have give me offered letter where is my gross salary mentioned on 18k & inhand 16740, but after 1 month My SM Have say to me that the Apple company have close his ti-up with Bajaj finance. Actually In bjaja finance 2 option for employe 1 is APR which is applicant salary 18k & in second option company give salary in normal department where is emoloyee salary 10k, After 1 month my SM say that the Apple company close his tie-up with Bajaj & i have no any option for you so i am shifted to you from APR to Normal . So i want to file a case againt company that he have given me offer letter 18k but giving me salary only 9k inhand. So please suggest me what i should do?
