Well kindly refer to my earlier post on https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/Complaint-against-mseb-in-consumer-forum-77334.asp. Now i have filed the case in Thane district consumer forum. The date of admission was on 10th june. Immediately one day after the date of admission on 11th June MSEDCL send a huge electricity bill of 12000 for 16 months. Now what am i supposed to do ? should i pay the electricity bill and inform the consumer court on the next hearing about it ? Or should i inform MSEDCL in writing that a case has been filed in consumer court regarding this and that bill is to be paid only if court instructs to pay the bill ?
