please guide in getting refund of excess amount charged by the railway without any justiication.in spite of having RAC ticket booked by paying Rs. 1010/- , the TC rejected the same and forced the passenger to pay excess fair of Rs. 1235/- while travelling. such unfair practice of RC is unjustified.
kindly guide what action can be taken to get refund of excess fare paid to railway
