Compromise

If I filed compromise petition for 498A and for maintenance, and my husband gives power of attorney to his family members with his absence not aatending the court fully ,can court issue divorce without his absence?or can i vacate compromise petition at this point of time if my husband drags the case without giving me divorce?

Thanks in advance

Your husband's lawyer can take step in Court on behlf of your husband but at the time of evidence he has to be present physically other wise court may passed an order in your favour.
