compromise decree modification

friends,

under which provision i can file an application seeking to modify the compromise decree?

i am party to the said compromise decree.

and both of us i mean to say both the parties to the compromise decree have consented for the modification. under which provision v can file application?

If both the parties are consenting for amendment to the compromise decree, then proper provision of law would be section 152 of the Civil Procedure Code

but here i dont want to rectify any clerical error as such.

i want to delete one condition itself from decree for which opposite party has consented.

you can give application for modication in the court which passed the decree.

read order 23 R 3 of CPC... file an application in court that sum fraud has been played by the defendennt in some conditions of the compromise and the defendent will also admit this.... the court will delet the condition.
