Concealment of Evidence

Please advise:

1. Please tell me the relevant sections for Concealment of Evidence.

2. Can I make out one single case for Concealment of Evidence and Defamation or two different.

3. Can I register this case/s with the Magistrate in the Criminal Court or do I have to file a FIR.

4.What is the time limit for the above offences.

raise the matter before the court. crpc has provision but i could not remember the sec.

Can I also know if a notice has to be served for cases U/s 500 of the IPC.
