Condom packet thrown inside my house

MY HOUSE IS ON MAIN ROAD, SOME CHAP THROWS CONDOMS(I GUESS USED AS MIGHT BE IN THE PACKET,I DONNO )IN MY HOUSES GARDEN(IN LAST YEAR 3-4 TIMES IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED),MY HOUSE IS SITUATED ON A CORNER MAIN ROAD, I AM GETTING A CCTV SYSTEM.. NOW IF I CATCH THAT GUY WHAT SHOULD I DO? I M THINKING ABOUT- 1-BEATING HIM TO DEATH,THEN GIVING HIM TO POLICE 2-OR SHOULD I LODGE COMPLAINTS AAGAINST HIM FIRST? UNDER WHAT SECTIONS THE COMPLAINTS CAN BE LODGED AGAINST HIM?? 3-OR I CALL A PCR (POLICE) PEOPLE THEN THEY WILL KICK HIS ASS OR SO?

At the first instance catch him/her redhanded and then think going after complaints.UR questions are too objective type without substance.As of now neither the culprit has been caught nor U R aware who it is.

as such you had installed CCTV camera in your house premises record the mischivious activity and the person who is doing this and then with all details go to police and they will find out the intention of person and take the furuther action
