ME AND MY FAMILY AND ONE OF MY UNCLES ARE FACING TRAIL IN A CASE FILED WAY BACK IN 1999.NOW THE TRAIL HAS CONCLUDED AND HAS BEEN POSTED FOR JUDGEMENT ON 1/05/2014. HOWEVER THE UNCLE REMAINS UNTRACEABLE AND IS NOT LIKELY TO APPEAR IN THE COURT ON THE SAID DATE OF JUDGEMENT. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE IMPLICATION OF HIS ABSENCE AND WETHER THE LAW ALLOWS THE JUDGEMENT TO BE PRONOUNCES EVEN IF ONE MEMBER IS ABSENT ON THE DATE .

KINDLY ADVISE TO ENABLE US TO TAKE ADVANCE ACTION

Judgement notice send to both party lawyers and one notice display on the notice board in the court premises. Even if any party is absent the judgement will pronounce on the date mentioned.

Yes, I agree that the judgment will be pronounced even in the absence of accused, in case of conviction, the a warrant will be issued against missing person.
