I purchased a under construction flat in pune and registry of sale agreement was done on 21 nov 2012. However when I applied for loan they told me that in registered agreement builder person(having power of attorney for registration) has missed his signature although his thumb impression and photo is there. So now bank is asking me to register a correction/comfirmation deed for the same. Please let me know if these is the correct deed to be registred for rectification
What will be the charges that is applicable on the above said confirmation deed to be registered.
