Pls. help me. I Can't be able to execute the said doc without your help.
The story is:
Total area of land : 7 H 80 R. Four brothers have each 1/4th share in the said land.i.e. 1 H 95 R on 7/12. They belongs to the HUF. one person say A has purchased one brother's 1/4th share i.e. 1 H 91 R ( As the total land has 2 acres shortfall)and from that person We have purchased his total land i.e.1 H 91 R. the land is in maharashtra state. Now, we want to purchase 71 R only form another brother's share of 1 H 91 R. As the land has short area physically, we want to execute the consent deed from all the three brother's of our current seller including A confirming thereby the boundaries of the said land/gut.
Is it right? I'm so confused. Could any one send me the draft of consent deed for the said purpose?
Pls. help me, as I really can't able to draft the same without your help.
What precautions should I take while darfting the said deed.
