there was a case of my grand mother's property in 1998 .my grandmother is a widow lady and is living alone.his only son(my father) has been expired in 1992. our neighbour took my grand mother in confidence that he will help her to win that case and he get executed GPA in his favour.my grandmother does'nt know about the technical flaws of law.now in 2019 we came to know that our neighbour had sold our property.my grandmother didnt get a single Penny.
can be challange or cancel this sale deed on basis of sale consideration amount?
