FURTHER IN THE SCHEDULE OF SPECIFICATION PUT THE DETAIL TECHNICAL SPECIFIACTIONS INCLUDE BRAND/MAKE OF VAARIOUS ITEMS LIKE BIB COCKS, COMODES, CISTERNS, CONCEALED PIPES ETC. THIS WILL HELP YOU IN CONTROLLING THE QUALITY. ASK THE BUILDER ALSO TO GIVE YOU A SIGNED WORK PROGRAMME.
