hello everyone,
we have a land on which there are few rooms were constructed by us. (22 room s of 20x15 each) we used to keep there poor people and hardly take any rent from them.
because we are not actively manageing it few muslim families living in those rooms come together and started praying Namaz in one room, we did not take that seriously because they were just offering prayers.
few years passed and without our knowledge and permission they formed Jamat and registered that room and another room & it's side room as Majid.
few days ago they were doing some construction work so we send a notice by a local advocate. and they stopped the work for now
but they give receipt an collect channda large scale, they installed loudspeaker and added name plate of that Majid. ..
but the land and room is our and we have not given any permission to them to form a Majid ....
in this case what legal aid i can get and what should be my next legal steps.
please provide with valuable solutions .
