Construction of Property with Fake Document

while sanctioning the plan he might have submitted the list of documents containing ROR.in that ROR your names must be there ,just check who has signed before youyr name , if it is a fake sign,ask authorities to stop the construction.

i check all document and then take a legal action.

They have done fraud document where my grandfather has sold to there Son.

Sir its a property of Delhi.

ror is record of rights ie city survey extract. is the document is registered one?weather the property was an inherited by your grandfather?

sir i am an university lecturer.i had confirmation letter 2-12-2008  but now  now the register is given notice on 16-04-2011 that  there is changes in the  confirmation date  intead of  13-11-2007   ,they printed  03-11-2007,so

they asked me old appointment letter  for exchange of new one letter.

1) they (university) found the mistake after   2 and half year from the confirmation letter.

2) the typing mistake date difference is 10 -days. (that is 03-11-07,13-11-07)

please give your suggestions advocate  the the date mistakes of apoinment letter. V.RAJU
