there is a building, which has a staircase in middle and 1 - 1 flat on each floor till 3rd floor.
The stair cases goes till 4th floor, and then on 4th floor has a guard house 1bhk, is constructed on one side and terrece on other side.
the owner of other side of terrece is now constructing 4th floor for himself and also wants to construct a stair case to reach top of 5th floor.
problem is that older guard house on 4th floor, has a window that will get closed if the staircase is constructed.
guard house was constructed by builder, and later sold to us as 1bhk.
the construction of staircase wil close the window of 1bhk, and there by create problem for us.
the owner of other side says he will construct as he wants to reach his new terrece 5th floor. we requested him to have a metal stair case but he not agreeing.
the construction of older small flat was for a guard and was done by builder, the window was opened towards stairs because construction of 4th floor was not allowed in that area, and thus
