I filed a consumer case against a Builder, in Tamil Nadu State Consumer redress forum in Aug 2016 and it reached advanced stage. Now it is being referred to Mediation and people from his side contacted for out of court settlement.
1) Can I stick to my demand as per relief sought in case
2) Other than the points referred in Consumer case, I am planning to go for one second party complaint with magistrate court for fraud on CMWSSB connection, against a leading private bank (mortgage entire project land even after registration of OSR and UDS to buyers) and Writ petition involving CMDA, TNPCB, DF & RS, TNEI, CEA etc for various issues.
Can I proceed when the mediation is On.
