I have filed a case against manomaniam University in Tirunelveli .
The case stage completed written version and now the case stage is displaying Affidavit of Complainant (' Proof Affidavit of complainant ' )
Please explain me the formalities
Case : I enrolled online MBA programme of MSU (the course was run by a private firm EDUSEARCH in Delhi by Mou with the university). I have paid for admission and examination fee on 10th Oct 2014. There was no examinations, as per the instruction of UGC they have closed the programme.
I filed a case consumer court.
Now ‘Proof Affidavit of complainant’
My claim:
- Refund the fee : I have the bill
- Bought computer : bill lost
- Lost of 2 years:
- Mental tension :
- Career lose
