I have initiated the process to raise a complaint against a company which is not accepting responsibility for a defective product with the consumer court on 11th July.
The legal notice was sent out on 25th July for the company to revert within 7 days.
It is today 27-Sep and my lawyer is still working on the draft complaint required to register the case with the Mumbai Consumer Court?
1. How much time would it take to register complaint with consumer court after legal notice has been sent.
2. How much time does a consumer court in Mumbai take to reach a decision.
