Consumer law

I had purchased an oven with a stabiliser about a month back worth about 3 lakhs. After 10 days my stabilser gave way and so did the oven. Now the company is telling me that because of a voltage fluctuation that the stabiliser and the oven control has been damaged(which will cost about Rs.60000). I have many equipment including another electrical oven which has not been affected by any fluctuation. According to me the stabiliser was faulty which affected the oven in turn. The company has a clause in its warranty that they will not replace eletronic components in case it gets damaged due to volatge fluctuation. Please let me know the following:

1. Do I have a case in the consumer courts.

2. How do I go about the same.

3. Since I am based in Goa and the company in Mumbai, can I file a complaint in the consumer courts here in Goa as it says 'Mumbai jurisdiction' in their sale sheet.
