contempt case

if learned counsel is not appearing for last four hearing what legal action can be taken. Need to clarify with my lawyer but need some understanding of law before confronting my lawyer.

Case status can be seen online through e-courts by clients themselves. No need to depend on lawyers response. You can follow up your lawyer office.

The status of case is known but every time he says learned counsel not available for last five hearing and ask for next date. Is there not any time line for court to summoned the opposite counsel to be present in hearing .
