Please guide on the wordings and neccessary details that need to be covered in a MCD petition. For ex:
1. how to ensure that she will not file for enhancment of maintenance in any court till the kid reaches the age of 21?
2, How to record streedharn returns?
3. How to put a clause that she should only break the FD with a 2nd signature from me?
