Contested divorce to mcd

Sir,

After 7 years of marriage life which can be considered like a hell, she lastly deserted with my two minor kids aged 5 and 3 years. Somehow I was managing with her for smooth relatioship. But she egoistic, abusive, un-mannered  made my life  like hell. Six months have passed.  I and my wife tried to settle the issue amicably. But she not. She filed a case for maintenance. I filed case for Restitution of Conjugal Right on the advice of my Advocate. Now I have withdrawn the case. Since, no option left for me to restore this relationship. Since, if she come back, she may create a drama of harming her and I and my family to face the consequences. I am still trying for MCD..thats why I have not yet filed for Contested Divorce. Please  let me know

a) whether I should file a case of Contested Divorce or should wait for MCD ? I have not yet filed case for Divorce. People are saying not to file Divorce case ....wait till she aggree for MCD.

Thanking u Sirs...

If she is not tolerable any more and will spoil the children future career too due to her alleged  ill-mannered behavior, I don't think she will agree for MCD too, instead you can proceed with divorce on the grounds of cruelty and mental agony.  Whatever legal steps you may initiate against her, she will go for legal actions against you taking advantage of women gender biased laws in her favor to continue her further tortures on you, this it is better that you proceed soon so that you can defend yourself from her further onslaughts.
