contesting a divorce

if she already received the notice then check it, there is a time mentioned for appearing the court. she has to appear the court on or before that date. if she feels more time required to answer, she may pray for extension of time. she may get it from the court for the interest of justice.

On first appearance the wife was asked to go to the counsellor, in the second appearance the judge was on leave so she was given a further date, when is the wife bound to submit a petition of objection stating all the allegations in his divorce petition are false, is there a period like 2 or 3 months from the date of serving of the divorce petition.
