contract job of a doctor in corona pandemic .

hello , respected sir,mam.
I am working in a railway hospital from April 2019 on contract basis .
as I was taken on post of CMP to work in corona ward and corona OPD ,as I am working from last 8-9 months in corona I got positive also in Oct -2019 while working in corona ward , now my contract is increased till June 2020 ,as I got positive I got many adverse affect on my body in post corona time and till my sense of smell is not working properly ,now my main issue is that after 6 June can I go in court as I will ne worked almost for 1.5 years in corona so can I go in court to make me as a permanent employee of railway as ,at that time no Private hospital was taking people for treatment I joined to work in corona so can I go in court for this please guide.........🙏

No you cannot be made permanent.

Unless the Contract und which you are hired is examined, proper clarification cannot be given. Normally, Contract Workers shall not be made permanent. However, you may approach a good and reliable Lawyer in your area who specialised in Labour related cases and show the relevant copy of the Contract, extension letter, if any, how your compensation is credited to you etc. so that he can appreciate full facts and guide you further.
