3. AFTER THIS EMPLOYEE WORK WITHOUT AGREEMENT UP TO 9TH YEAR
SO WHETHER HE IS ELIGIBLE AS COMPANY SAYS CONTRACT EMPLOYEES NOT COVERED UNDER PAYMENT OF GRATUITY ACT
PLS PROVIDE ANY SECTION OR CASE LAW IN THIS REGARD.
