Hi ! I want to enquire about the conversion of land use from agricultural commercial in Uttar Pradesh.We have agriculture land on which want to establish a livestock farm (allied agricultural activity). Animal sheds and other structures like office,godowm etc would be erected for that purpose. I want to know how to proceed for conversion of land use and what would be the requisits/documents for it.

For the same you are required to apply before the land revenue department, the block land and land reforms officer and the registration office, which are the authorities for giving permission along with a brief write up as to why you want to convert the same and photo copies of the deeds/deed of the concerned land, tax certificates, mutation certificates and land revenue recipts latest.
