Conversion of personal space to commercial shop

Hello Gentlemen,

I have tried different sources to get to know as to how I can do this, but to no avail. Requesting your assistance.

I have a property in Vichumbe, New Panvel. It is a 2 floor independent house with an attached garage. I would like the garage, roughly 14 ft. x 14 ft. area, to be converted to a commercial shop.

I would like to know from where I can get more info.

- Panvel website is of no assistance.

- Panvel Municipal office is giving a run around.

- Brokers are after money.

Would request if I can know what is the exact procedure to get this done.

Thank You, I wouldn't mind to start. But you know how our authorities work. They will come back after the shop is up and running and will then ask for penalties, etc. Is there any way, wherein I can get the exact info on this ? Or perhaps any letter/email to be sent to PCMC?
