IPC 420 case

GENERALLY NO CASE IN TRAIL STAGE IS FIT FOR QUASH UNDER 482 Cr.P.C,BUT IN VER RARE CASE OF ANY ABUSE OF LAW/PROCEDURE IRREGULARITIES/FROUD/MISTAKE IS NOTICED THE H.C CAN USE THE INHERENT POWER UNDER THE ABOVE SECTION. NO BAR, BUT GENERALLY IT IS NOT ENTETAINED BY H.C IN ADMISSION STAGE IT SELF.

But sir, we applied for a quash petition. still not numbered, but today is hearing for the trial .
Now i need sometime to get quash(get the no) . At this stage what can we do?

Without no  how can there be hearing of quash petition, u may ask this to ur lawyer or  U may ask this no from the court or where ur case has been on hearing. Just ask bench clerk.

hearing is not for quahing. its for trial. there we thought of submitting this quash petition number to stop the trial.

but didnt get it.

Can anybody tel how to check the quash petition status through internet.

link which is madras high court. In that i dont know what is the case type to select CRL SR NO is not there.

My HC lawyer said a number OP 36749. i couldn't find it on internet in the above link.

Or it wont get updated as soon as we file.

pls help me.
