I have filled a case regarding the check bounce . i have got the Acknowledge from the bank saying check returned of insufficent funds .
Can i close the bank Account now . whether it will get interupted in the case which i have filled .

You can close the account in bank in which you have submitted the cheque of Third party which was dishornoured, this will not affect to your pending case, as cheque bounce note is allready issued by the bank and bank can not deny it.
