2G spectrum arrest of Mr.Raja

WE EAGGERLY AWATING WHEN MR MANMOHAN SINGH WILL BE ARRESTED BY CBI ON 2G SPECTRUM CASE. WITHOUT HIS COOPERATION RAJA CAN'T DO ANYTHING.

Manmohansingh deserves not just arrest and jail only. We never had such an incompetent prime minister before. Incompetence is not only in not checking corruption right under his nose, but also in other matters such as dealing with Pakistan. Instead of being jailed, he should be garlanded with chappals and taken on a donkey ride along Jan Path.

What about Kabil Sibal? He has started his argument as defence lawyer, even before Raja was put in the witness box. These are crooks, who think themselves to be clever. They deserve a firing squad.

The unfortunate thing is that actions like what happened or happening in Tunisia or Egypt will solve no problem. The French Revolution and the Russian Revolution resulted in a new set of tyrants coming to power. If a commotion takes place in Delhi as that now in Cairo, the Thackerays and the Nidhis of Chennai are only waiting to break-up the country for their own personal benefit.

Who will bell the cat?  Try Dr. Subramaniam Swamy

Dr. Subramaniam Swamy's darget is not corruption and is only DMK party. that is why right from the beginning, he told that PM is not connected with this corruption. here, onde again ,my question is that   in respect of 2G spectrum whether BJP Ministry or and Present Ministry is or are jointly and collectively responsible as per Constitution Law of India or not?. Here no politics . only  as per Constitution Law of India . please discuss.

MY QUESTION HERE IS THAT WHY CBI OR SUPREME COURT OF INDIA TARGETS ONLY SINGLE MINISTER?. IF ONLY LOSS IS CRITERIA, WHETRHER , SC IS EMPOWERED TO INTERFERE IN ADMINISTRATION? IS IT NOT ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY MATTER? THEN, WHAT ABOUT 3 PILLERS OF CONSTITUTION?  IF SO,  PARLIAMENT AND EXECUTIVES CAN INTERFERE JUDICIARY? CBI ALSO CHARGES ONLY CORRUPTION AGAINST HIM.  IF SO,  DMK AND MR. RAJA INSISTS THAT  ONLY THE ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY DECISION OF  THE FORMER BJP MINISTRY AND PRESENT MINISTRY DECISION WERE  FOLLOWED. SO FAR NO EX-BJP MINISTER OR PRESENT MINISTER REFUSED THAT. SC HAS ONLY SUPERVISORY POWER OF CONSTITUTION. EVEN , THAT IS ALSO  QUESTIONABLE  DUE TO SOME SC PREVIOUS JUDGEMENTS REG. TO VARIOUS PLOITICAL ISSUES.  HERE , ONCE AGAIN , MY QUESTION IS " Is it legal  arrest of Mr.Raja only for corruption in respect of 2G spectrum as Ministry is jointly collectively responsible as per Constitution Law of India?"

in the first stage, prime minister and other high officials tried to save mr raja but soon they realise that they need a scapegoat, and raja fit to it.

now raja taking the name of pm 7 others.

thereafter name of bjp also come into picture.

we the common people do not have any objection on it.

let raja comes first thereafter mr manmohan and bjp will come.

Now Mr. Manoharan is speaking half-truth. He seems to content, like Mr. Karunanidhi that Raja only followed what his predecessors did. Is that so?   If that was so, he was not to be, and though he is charge sheeted, he would not be punished.  Even if the alleged loss of Rupees One Lakh Crore were true, he would not be punished, if he had done everything in good faith. Even theft is a crime only if it results in illegal loss to somebody and illegal gain to the alleged thief.

Did Raja only follow the “first come, first served basis? Why did he suddenly advance the due date and one or two the parties only responded?  Mr. Manoharan will say that it has not been proven. But Raja hasn’t been punished yet either. The CBI also claims that Raja and his relatives have financially benefited from the deal. Again it is only an accusation. Let us wait and see.

What all I have written Mr. Manoharan should know more than me as an advocate.

The allegations regarding 2G spectrum and the telephonic conversation between Raja and Nira Radia were first made public by Times Now, several months ago. Times Now is not any party media to the best of my knowledge?

Whoever is responsible for Raja’s charge sheet and arrest, has only done the right thing. The pity is will everything wither away and people forget everything?
