relief to old-parents in court adjournaments - 498a

Dear Experts,

about my case

i got summons  in 498a filed by my wife and we are all[4] under AB.

my parents are worried about coming to court without no fault in them and more over they are

feeling shame on themeselves at this age for coming to court for a false case filed by my wife.

about my old-parents

my father  [father cant walk and stand for more time] & my mother [mother deaf and dumb]

Question to Forum

Is there any procedure to pray [file a affidavit/petition] atleast for my old-parents to take permission

not to attend the court in 498a adjournaments right from the beginning

Please advice me we are short of time, as such, the other side party are very cruel

even no sympathy at on old-parents

you can file an application claiming permanent exemption on the ground of health.

u can file special vakalath also from exemption of their appearance. Your advocate who brought AB for u would already have suggested you. Old aged parents can appear for examination u/sec.239 cr.p.c. once and after conclusion of trial, for 313 cr.p.c. examination and Judgement.
