Yes he should be. Being man it doesn't mean that he has the license to do any thing as he wish. It's his duty to check first whether the woman is married or unmarraied

married women wanting to have relationships (and hiding such fact or not) can be very well seen in metros and big cities...even single women who want to have relationship with married men are also not few in number..be it for money or just for pleasure! 

as long as these practices continue without any laws coming up to handle them instead of allowing maintenance, we will continue to see more victims
