you can produce the same as an evidence, but burden lies to prove those evidence.

RESPECTED RAJEEV SIR,
AS I AM DOING A MOOT COURT COMPETITION AND THE CASE IS RELATED TO NUCLEAR BLAST . HERE THE COMPENSATION IS DEMANDED. ACCORDING TO OFFICIALS ONLY 450 PEOPLE DIED BUT THE OTHER NEWS PAPERS HAS GIVEN THEIR TOLL AROUND 1000.
1. CAN THIS BE PRESENTED IN THE COURT AND
2.AS I WANT TO KNOW THE OTHER ASPECTS WHERE MEDIA CAN BE USED AS AN EVIDENCE

as per me
1) can u prove the number of death by film?
2) is it clear and not a animation?
3) death will prove only if dead body recovered.
4) neuclear blast canot be film with small distance.
so think.

every document is required to be legally proved as per thr provisions of Indian Evidence Act.

I guess news paper articles can not be treated as an evidence unless there is valid documents backing the same and same is the case with the digital media reports.
