I AND MY FIANCEE DID MARRIAGE ON 22 OCT 2010 ON NOTARY PAPERS.
1.IS THAT NOTARY PAPER IS VALID?
2. ON 02 AUG 2011,BOTH OF US APPLY FOR REGISTRATION OF THAT MARRIAGE ,WHICH WAS DONE ON NOTARY PAPERS. IS THAT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER THAT MARRIAGE?
3. IF REGISTRATION OF THAT MARRIAGE IS POSSIBLE. THAN CAN IT BE LEGAL?

Notary paper is not valid.
If you want to register your marriage, you both can apply under Special Marriage Act and file the documents. After one month in the presence of witnesses your marriage will be registered and you will be given marriage registration certificate. for further details visit Delhi Government site.
