Is the builder liable to build compound wall under mofa?

 Hi Guys,

Is the builder liable under MOFA or any other law to build a compound wall/ Protective wall around the building that he is selling?
Even if such clause is not there in agreement?
If yes, then can he be sued in consumer court?

Regards

Yes, you can sue the builder if he is not ready to construct wall compound. Wall compound is for the safety purpose and builder is duty bound to construct wall compund to the building. If any doctor is a surgen and after operation of the patient he cann't say that his responsibility will be only up to operation theator and coming out of operation room, he is not repsonisble. Doctor is duty bound even after operation it is just like that.
