A bench of Justice J.M.Panchal and Justice H.L.Gokhale, has directed to preper a list of regular practitioners in the supreme court, and to give a permanent declaration that he/she would vote only in the election of the supreme court bar association and would not vote in any other eclections of any other bar associations, including High Court Bar association, District Bar Association, Taluka Bar Association.
