No govt job for dowry seekers ....

RPSC promulgates anti dowry clause for Government Job

Jaipur, Sep 27 : Dowry seekers would no more be in a position to get a government service through the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) which has henceforth made mandatory for applicants to furnish an affidavit, alongwith the application form, to make commitment for not taking/accepting dowry in the marraige.

In a bid to curb the social evil of dowry the RPSC has enforced the condition of furnishing the affidavit alongwith the application to declare that he/she had neither accepted/taken dowry in marraige nor would do so, if, still unmarried.

Furnishing a false declaration/affidavit would be liable for sacking from the service, the official sources said.

This new clause of eligibility was being enforced by the Commission for the first time for the recruitment in the Archeology Department, the sources said.

Take: Old wine in a new bottle...................what is NEW as in NEWS in this promulgation when such is the clause / Rules in CSS Rules already there and in doubt refer to "Swamy’s 2012 Handbook" which is already available in market and anyhow 'stredhan' is always considered by now to be a Archeology find post giving so quite a late modification in State Rules I must add qua third generation of regional youths.

when ur time is good, ur mistakes r taken as a joke.. But when ur time is bad, even ur jokes r noticed as mistakes

Words of Mr. ZEESHAN is very much right.

Government to banned all rituals or parties done in the favour of marriages from both sides.

Only court marriages is allowed and at that time one bond is clearly signed b/w both the parties that no give/take b/w them.

If in future any point arises b/w husband & wife, Then no other person involved both of the sides even their family members.

Even at the time of filing the cases, All relevance documents/ evidence to be filed along with the complaint. Then proper investigation to be carried out, After that only case has been registered in any level of court.

Whoever produce in court to proove innocence, Will get Justice as per appropriate provision of laws.

Also if he/she wants to do anymore action him/her, Then he/she must allowed to do as per their desires as one feel in-justice in his/her case.

Also, This rule to be made by Law's maker. Whoever puts a Fake case over another in any case will be sent to Life time imprisonment, When found guilt in eyes of law and other party too be suitable compensated for their expenses.

But to do all this is very difficult, I know but not impossible.

We only want to do stand straight in front of defaulters in every manner irrespect of life or ourself aur even of our family members.

Act as a gandhi, But zaroorat pade toh Bhagat Singh banne par bhi aitraaz mat karo.

Regards,

Abhinatre Gupt.
