Regarding paddy field registration

1. having 2acras cultvating land besides that having 2 acras paddy field that was occupied by my father's grand father in 1970.

Occupied or have you ment you are protected tenant?

2. My father having documents (Rs 100 /-  stamp papers).

Is the document is not registered?

3. My father is paying tax for that without having any pass book since last 5yrs. 

On whose name is your father paying tax?

3. With my father's name only he is paying tax

In those stamp papers tenant having some servey no. that too those papers were written by village revenue officer (Karanam) in 1976. My father is paying tax with his name only. Now the village secretaries are there in andhrapradesh, he is collecting tax according to that sevey no. I do not understand without any registration how he  (Karanam) was written some servey no. in the documents and my father is telling we have already registered the cultivating field by seeing that he has given some servey no. for this tenant by that i am paying tax with my name. He who had written those stamp papers already retired from his post and now he is alive.
