As usual, getting rid of a woman who does not value marriage and parents.

no need to fear anyone.. they are misusing law by all means..

, its better you use law for ur defence and fight them even..

Yes, I was threatened everywhere, even in the court room.

I stood right and tall. Didnot succumb.

but what to do if the victim guy is caught up with almost all the family members of  the girl,( girls father who is hell bent to send the boy in jail or see him dead..) her father's friends , a bunch of lawyers he changed as they joined hands with girls lawyer to extort more and more money from poor guy , a judge who never listens to the victims plea...what to do then ? all confidence , boldness down to drain..its almost suicidal situation..

is there a bail which can be taken before hand? so that people are not put in prison, just becuase of gal's false complaint. 

perseverence... pays... especially in legal, have immense patience... jo dara so mara... only way is face off... head on...

it happens one cannot avoid it as situation i mentioned above ..must have overlooked it..but wht to do its quite apparent tht one needs to fight to last breath and never give up in anycase thts only the thing one needs for loooooooooonnnnnnnnnnngggggggglegal battles ..

fighting against system not done, but fighting against injustice is to be done..one cant go jail every time for no fault..
