Urgent : with respect to district and family court

What are stages and approximate time durations after filing petition to disposal of matrimonial dispute? I.E First Summons will be sent and then after what happens, and what is the duration for second action/stage in District/Family court. Kindly give detailed reply from first stage of Case to Disposal for both District and Family Court. Awaiting for response....
