After filing joint petition for MCD, roughly when we get date for first motion? after first motion, when roughly we get date for second motion? What is First Motion & Second Motion? How many times counselling is done? How many times we have to be present in the Court? Can we postpone or prepone the dates given by the court? After filing joint petition for MCD, it takes 6 months for getting Divorce, is it true?
Its a Mutual Divorce because of differences.

Minimum period is 6 months.
You may deny councelling (it being refusable) to avoid delays

Minimum period is six months.
Generally the case is listed on next day of filing.
