I am one of the victim of 498a

iu got 2 version of the statement of my wife in the same police station

both are attested by the police offcier

can i go for quash in the ground of vengence

Pls clarify

That she has lodged a case with malafide intent, and that is why it should be quashed/

It is one of the grounds for quashing.
