Non appearance of the petitioner and dismissal of petition

Whether the presence of both petitioner and advocate is a must to proceed the divorce case or only the presence of advocate of the petitioner enough?

I just want to know whether the divorce petition will get dismissed if the petitioner is continuously absent but petitioner's advocate is present on all dates? The case is in evidence stage, and the petitioner has not taken any permission from court for not appearing on dates.

If only counsel is present, the case would proceed.

the case can continue if her lawyer is present on her behalf.

the court will order her personal appearance whenever required.

Petitioner is absolutely required on 2 occasions in these proceedings: 1. Her statement on oath 2. Her cross No need to be present in person...........till specifically ordered i.e usually during councelling infront of judge
