406 / 506 / 504 ipc

if statement has been recorded u/s 200 then he might have filed a complaint, you need not be worried about the bail but you have to give surety bond so that your presence is ensured during trial

All th section are bailable. There is no worry for granting bail. 

406 is non-bailable, get AB.

No provision of AB in UP. and still the complaint is not registered.

Then make representation to teh SP etc so that it is not registered.

Also, seek Stay on arrest from Allahabad HC.

He directly approch to CJM . then what is the role of SP

Dear Sir,

No Summoned is issued till date.

First FIL submit the complaint in CJM. then get one date. on that date under CrPC 200 statment has been taken from FIL only. any other statements and evidence no been submitted. and take next date of hearing. In compaint no evidenec has been attached except photo graph of marrige in that photo some money is placed. 

One more thing my home town is in MP and also opposite party belongs to MP, 4 yrs back marrige is also in MP. I am working in UP till the date when my wife committ suicide after that  company take force regination to me. than it is possible to file case in UP under section 406/504/506. all the things given in MP and complaint is filed in UP.

One more things as we belongs to MP as you taking bail in UP is difficult . can we take AB in MP after that take regular bail from UP . just i am asking is it is possible

The bail has to be obtained from the same court.

Keep an eye on proceedings, wait till summons are issued.

You have no locus standi to do anything in this case as yet.
