2nd chance for aruguments on framing of charges

Dear all,

Can request be made to court to give 2nd chance for arguments on framing of charges under PC Act.

If you have already argued and the case is posted for orders then also you can request the court for further argument

Agree with the advise from Adv. Rajoo.

But, you cannot claim it as a right. The court is at its discretion to decide whether to allow or not.
