For me and wife have some disputes. I have Filed the below cases.
1. Civil Suite on mother in law not to interfere in my life
2. Criminal suite on my mother in law for aborting my wife
3. RCR to mife
Now one of my relative is comprimising the both parties and requested me to withdraw the cases.
He told that both parties terms & conditions will write on mutual understanding document and keeping with him.
Here now my questions are
When is the right time to withdraw the cases befoe or After writing understanding document?
How many days it will take time withdraw cases?
What is the procedure to withdraw the cases?
What should be there in the mutual understanding document?
If I withdraw RCR at this stage is it favour to me in future?
