Anticipatory bail

My husband's elder brother was falsely implicated under 498A case. My husband and I reside in US from last two years. Do my husband needs to go back to India in case he gets anticipatory bail? Or what are the options to get the anticipatory bail without going to India?

Apply for an AB through a lawyer along with your explanation on why you feel your husband is falsely implicated ?

The judge can insist on personal appearance at the time of final disposal of bail, however go only if interim protection is granted

Better stay away from indian judicial system, u will be stuck. Her false complaint lying in CAW cell here cant harm u sitting in US, so watch the game passively, no worries
